Kira runs the diary for shops with one chair, one room or one small team. Nails, hair, brows, massage, barbers, a two-person clinic. Add your services and your hours, share your link, and you are open.
Free for 14 days. No card, no sales call, no training.

Everything a small shop runs on. Nothing else.
Kira covers the shop floor: the diary, the phone, the counter. Every screen was cut down until an owner could use it while holding a brush.
A booking page, not a website
One link holds your services, your prices and your open slots. Guests book with a name and a number. No account, no app, no password to forget.
A diary that can't double-book
Availability is worked out from your hours, how long each service takes, your buffers and your days off. Two people tapping the same slot at the same second still get one booking.
Reminders that bring people back through the door
A no-show is an hour of your day gone. Kira texts the reminder the night before and again on the morning, and gives the client one tap to move the time instead of vanishing.
Luna Nails: see you tomorrow at 14:00 for gel removal and refill. Need another time? kirabooking.com/b/8fk2

Checkout at the counter
Mark it paid in cash, card or transfer and Kira writes the receipt and keeps the day's total. The money goes straight to you and never passes through us.
Walk-ins in five seconds
Someone puts their head round the door. Tap the empty slot, pick the service, they're in the diary before they sit down.
Everyone you've served, remembered
Visit history, phone number and the notes that matter: she's allergic to acetone, he always wants the same fade. On the shop's device, not in someone's head.
Staff, roles and time off
Give the front desk the diary and keep the takings to yourself. Staff sign in on the shop tablet with a PIN and see only their own day.
One shop in Lisbon, one in Da Nang. Same software.
Your clock, not ours
Times are held in UTC and shown in your shop's local time. When the clocks change in spring, nobody arrives an hour early.
Your money, to the cent
Prices are kept in your currency down to the smallest unit, with no rounding drift and no conversion behind your back.
English, and Stripe
One version of Kira for every country, in English, billed through Stripe. If that suits your shop, nothing else stands in the way.
The short list of what Kira leaves out.
Every feature is a question in setup and a button someone has to learn. These are the ones we decided you should never have to see.
Not in Kira
- Stock and product inventory
- Payroll and bookkeeping
- A marketplace that sells your clients to the shop next door
- Branches, franchises, head office
- Loyalty points, gift cards, membership tiers
- Medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions
Not yet
- Deposits and no-show fees taken online
- Sync with Google or Outlook calendar
- Languages other than English
- A separate app for your clients
Deposits are the first thing we build after launch. A no-show costs more than the software.
One shop, one plan, one price.
Kira charges the shop a flat monthly fee. It never takes a cut of what you earn and never charges you per booking. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
Early access
14 days free
No card to start. The monthly price is set at launch, and shops that join during early access keep the launch price for their first year.

Asked before signing up
Do you take a percentage of what I earn?
No. Kira charges the shop a flat monthly fee and nothing else. Clients pay you at the counter however you already accept money, and Kira only writes it down.
Can a client pay a deposit when they book?
Not yet. Holding your money means refunds, chargebacks and disputes, and we would rather build that properly than early. It is the first thing we add after launch.
Does my client need to install anything?
No. Your link opens in any browser. They pick a service and a time, leave a name and a number, confirm with a short code, and they are in your diary.
I keep a paper book on the counter. Do I have to move it all across?
No. Take new bookings through the link and add the standing ones as they come round again. There is nothing to import and no cut-over day.
What happens when the 14 days end?
Add a card and carry on. If you don't, your page stops taking new bookings and everything you have already entered stays there, ready to export.
I have two shops. Can I run both?
Not on one account. Kira assumes one shop, one diary, one set of hours. That assumption is what keeps it this simple. Two shops means two accounts.
How safe is my clients' information?
Each shop's data is fenced off inside the database, client notes are encrypted, and every read of a client record is logged. You can export or erase all of it from the dashboard.
Someone is going to message you at nine tonight asking for Saturday.
Send them a link instead. Set the shop up now and it will be taking bookings before you close.
